Orientation Week:

  • Assess your readiness to change and how your health history and lifestyle choices impact your success
  • Identify the 7 Steps to Freedom from Destructive Habits and begin working through Step 1
  • Discuss program outline and expectations (e.g. time-released modules, self-paced, progress tracker, coaching session prep form)

Module One Content:

  1. Review the 7 Steps to Freedom from Destructive Habits.  (Click HERE for the web version.)  We will use this throughout our coaching sessions.
  2. Review the Weekly Progress Tracker.  Read the Program Guidelines and begin thinking about 1-2 nutrition goals that you can start with next week.
  3. Print this Blank Calendar to keep track of your workouts, assignments, and other important tasks.
  4. Review the Daily Food Log.  Think about if this is something you would like to use for added accountability with your nutrition.

If you are struggling with overeating, emotional eating, or unhealthy food cravings, I highly recommend ordering the book Made to Crave by Lysa TerKeurst.  We will discuss this book as it relates to your eating habits during our one-on-one coaching sessions.
